I have dabbled in screenwriting, and one of the hardest things one goes through when trying to write a script is getting things formatted correctly, to Hollywood standards, to put it plainly.  And what I have discovered, after using various software programs for scriptwriting, the best, by far, if Final Draft.  There are many different versions out there, mainly the older ones, but the newest one to be unveiled is beting sold completely cheap!

The cool things to mention about Final Draft Software are many:

1. It formats the script for you while you write it!  You can concentrate on the contents of your script instead of worrying about margins, fonts, etc.
2. It intuitively guesses what you are going to do next.  For example, if you have two characters talking, and you hit Return, it will alternate to the secondary character so that you can just keep on exchanging dialogue between your two characters.
3. The coolest thing about Final Draft is that you can assign and create voices for your characters and then hit the Read function so that you can hear your entire script read aloud in different voices for different characters that you have designed yourself!
