There are two known ways to search for these files online. One is to find it using torrent sites around the Internet. Sites like Mininova.org allow users to download files using third-party software like uTorrent or BitTornado from those who are seeding it.

Two, users can search for these ROMs by looking it up using search engines like Yahoo and Google. You may use the keywords "Download <platform> emulators for Xbox 360", or "Download ROMs for Xbox 360".

Either way, the keyword should contain the word "Emulator", "ROM", and "Xbox 360" when search them out. You can be very specific, if you wish, by adding the platform to emulate (e.g. NES, Nintendo 64, and so on).
