Then picture a energy line, all the way up along the inner thighs, up to the groin area. From there to the core of your torso, neck and out through the crown of your head. You should turn the upper thighs slowly inward. Make your tailbone long towards the floor and raise the pubis in the direction of the navel.
Tadasana usually is the prymary yoga position for all the standing poses. Applying tadasana benefits the poses, staying in the position for 30 seconds, up to 1 minute, keeping the breathing easy.
