In Yoga, Understanding the cycles of Karma

The Topic of Karma is spoken in many volumes, science, religions, and modern conversations. In the world of R&B, Pop, and Hip Hop music, you will also hear Music Artists speak of karma situations and "What goes around , comes back around." if you listen carefully to not only the titles but song lyrics as well. This is also popular in the Religion and Psychology of Yoga. Yoga is both a Fitness Exercise, Healer, and Spiritual Practice. The Science is known to cure many illnesses, addictions, stress issues, anger management, and toning the body. The intergration of yoga over time, will begin to shape your reality and change your life forever in all areas, Mind, body, and soul. The Psychology of Yoga will teach and re-introduce topics of Karma to Yoga Trainees. Karma is a Sanskrit word meaning "Action" and also results in definition. Karma is universal and mentioned in varies Religious forms; Buddhist, Hindu, Chrisitianity, Metaphysics, and Wicca. Each one will teach you about monitoring your thoughts and actions very carefully. This concept is mentioned throughout the Biblical text (reap what you sow), Sanskrit books, and other religion literature (especially yoga science.) The concept of Karma, actually comes from the principles of Eastern Philosohy found in Hindu and Buddhist traditions.

This is not to scare anyone, but educate others on how to set your destiny. Imagine being stuck in the same situations over and over again. You may become a victim after awhile going; "Why Me?" but in the same token, not being aware of your past karma. Karma can be from a past life, your family history or genetics, (and of course) your current life of past situations and chosen actions.

How do you fix your life?

Where do You begin to heal and repair the damage? Here is a list of suggestions below.

  1. There is hope, No worries or shame. We all have the power to make New Karma.

  2. This new karma will create a new path of light, prosperity, and healing for any situation.

  3. Monitor your thoughts, be aware of your thinking patterns, the core beliefs, the source behind them, and how to stop the negative cycles of wellness damage.

  4. Monitor Your actions. We all have Spiritual Free Will. This is taught in many churches and faiths; internationally. Free Will from God is factual and can heal and damage your life or destiny; depending on your daily choices.
  5. Review your Past. What cycles do you see appearing in your life every day, month, year, or every few years. We all have patterns we may or may not be aware of, this is all psychology in understanding your lifestyle and actions.
  6. Do not give up on yourself or the universe. God is limitless. We are like Co-creators of God's Image and likeness. Do not feel as if this is impossible. You can change your life today. I am in the same earth school or College as you. I do Understand the trials, hardships, but also rewards; On a personal level and as a Professional.
