Love to nap. When the kids are in school I try to nap for at least 30 minutes before they get home. I'm much more patient that way. Good hub!

Definitely. This is a habit of mine. I tend to sleep for just about an hour some afternoons or early evenings. It relaxes me but I'm not sure I'll be able to keep this up when I have a child. Hope all is well in Changchun :)
