The first thing you will need is the software called TubeTilla. They have several versions but for now just get the Free version.

Once you have the free version installed you need the URL to the music video. With the URL to the video you paste that URL into the first field of TubeTilla. Click the download button to the left and watch as TubeTilla downloads the video. Once the video is downloaded to your PC, you have the option to rename the video. Next click how you want TubeTilla to convert the File, in this case click the "To MP3". You'll notice a progress begin and once it's done it'll show a link to "open folder". If you click the "open folder" button you'll see all the videos you've converted to MP3's.

Once you've downloaded and converted your favorite music videos from YouTube, you can drag and drop the MP3's to iTunes or whatever software you use for your MP3 player..
