Looking to find some free covert hypnosis techniques? The internet is filled with lots of covert hypnosis courses, but trying to find good quality ones that won't cost you a dime isn't easy.

I've compiled this guide to give you a couple of free techniques that you can use in your application of covert hypnosis. To start with, you should be aware of the importance of establishing rapport with a person, as it's a prerequisite to planting subconscious suggestions within people. Once you've established rapport with a person, the next step is to make subconscious suggestions that the person will act upon. But let's first look at ways to establish a deep form of rapport.  Rapport is a way of really identifying with another person, and connecting with them on many levels. When you feel rapport with someone, you feel a trust towards them, you feel as if you can speak to them about almost anything because you can relate to them, and feel very comfortable talking with them.  The way we can instantly achieve rapport with another person can be boiled down to three main things: The use of matching and mirroring the person's body language, the use of a hypnotic tonality, and identifying and relating to the person during the course of the conversation.  What we want to do is delay our matching and mirroring by a period of about 3 seconds, so that the person won't consciously find it obvious that we're mimicking their body language, but will subconsciously recognise we're doing so. This goes towards establishing that deep form of subconscious rapport that we want to establish with the person.  Now consciously the person won't think anything out of the ordinary is going on, however subconsciously the person will feel really connected with us, and open. This will make the person release positive emotions and chemicals within their brain when speaking with us, as if they feel really comfortable.  Once we have this rapport established we then go on to making our subconscious suggestions. These suggestions should be subtle, and should be worded in such a way that won't bring any conscious attention to the person. We can give the person the illusion of free choice, but in reality word our suggestion in such a way so that the person doesn't have any such choice.  Hopefully you will apply this free covert hypnosis technique in your hypnosis studies. Always remember that rapport is essential to establish before planting any form of suggestion within a person.
