For those of you who are Star Trek fans the holodeck is an amazing toy that most of us would love to have. The ability to interact with other people who are not there and practice and play and experience realities that only exist in our imaginations is something most people would love to enjoy.

Well now you can have one although they have only been available on star bases or star-ships up until now. It will give you the ability to have the most amazing fantasies that will trick your brain into believing that what you are thinking about is really happening, so that you will have all the feelings as if it was really going on in the real world.

Not only that but you will also be able to rehearse how you want to behave so that your subconscious mind will learn the responses that you desire to programme in to your mental and emotional life.

This means that when your subconscious mind notices something in the world that is similar to what you have practised it will go O.K. I know how we should feel and what my responses will be and how this body is going to perform.

Just imagine how useful this will be in learning new skills and abilities and how much time it will save you. There is a down side that I must make you aware of. Just as Worf can turn off the safety protocols when playing his Klingon games your holodeck also comes with the same ability so you will have to be very careful in learning how to use this program. 

It is also vital to your emotional and physical health that you never spend to much time running disaster simulations or frighten your self to often, otherwise you may experience problems in telling the difference between what is real and what you are playing with.

This programme comes with a function that will allow you to turn off your critical factor so that while playing your higher brain functions will be turned off so that what you are experiencing will seam real even though it is not.  You must remember this and always double check which setting it is on.

Our military and commercial pilots use a much simpler technology called a simulator to practice things that may happen in the future so that they can rehearse how they will respond in certain situations and they would not spend that amount of money they do if the technology and result was not proven.

So how do you get hold of a Holodeck?
It is really easy and if you have not caught on yet.

I am a hypnotherapist Neuro Linguistic programmer and Advanced EFT practitioner working out of Leamington Spa Warwickshire UK and help people each week who come to see me and while sitting on my sofa can shake and start to cry because in their minds they are on an aeroplane that is crashing.

When I point out to them that they are not on an aeroplane so how can they be frightened now?  they always look at me as if I am the funny one.

I get people who enter there holodeck and travel to an imaginary future that does not exist and may never. They then run a simulation of something happening that really worries them and get all stressed up ( by the way they can only do this if they have the critical factor turned off other wise the reality that they are just making this up would hit them) run and rerun the simulation so they get really frighten about this future they are fantasising about and then come out of the program all stressed worried and full of anxiety about something they have made up in there imagination.

Many people have arguments with people who are not even in the room with them and get all worked up having an argument or re-running one with someone who is not even there, yet the emotions are real. Worst the next time they see the person they behave as if.

Do you have people in your life who make up things in their minds and then behave towards you, as if what they made up happened.They then feel bad towards you for something they made up that frightened or disgusted them and behave towards you as if you had done what they made up.

By the way when you point this out to them they can get very emotional.

For all the Start Trek fans who thought this article was about a real holodeck. it is. So no apologies. I trust that you are beginning to realise why it is so important to learn how to control your own minds.

If you flip the examples given you can see that it is possible to learn things faster, rehearse how you will behave in your future and run simulations of your desired outcomes and fine tune them so that your life can become amazing.

You can also have fun with it. You can do exactly what they do on the TV show and interact with what ever your imagination desires in full 3D sensory surround effects. You doubt it?

When you dream it feels totally real, you can taste, smell, feel to you it is really happening.

Play with your most pleasant fantasy retreat to an amazing future and come back feeling amazing. Direct your subconscious control mind in a way that allows you to create your reality as you have simulated it.

p.s. by the way I always thought that Spock and Vulcan.s were prats turning off emotions instead of learning how to control and use them to have a wonderful existence. Emotions seams to frighten them. Illogical or what?
