Yubari Film Festival 2009 Theme Song 名画座 (MEGAZA) is a song written and composed by Japanese musician Cheep Hiroishi. The song is sung by Cheep Hiroishi and JUNCO. This year the film "Same Old Story: A Trip Back 20 Years", a documentary about Cheep Hiroishi's life as a musician will be showing.
Same Old Story won Best International Music Documentary at the New York Film Festival in New York 2008.
Though the song is in Japanese, it has a very beautiful melody and an even more beautiful promotion video to go along with it. Please feel free to pass this video on your friends and family.
