I shoot a lot of videos around my community near Charlotte. I enjoy posting article and videos to many sites and also here on HubPages. One thing you will never catch me without is my Zi6. Kodak's wonderful little handheld HD Flip Camera. I carry it around just like a cell phone because you just never know when you need to shoot some video and capture a moment or a news item.

Not too long ago, I decided to carry my Zi6 to a local park with mountain bike trails. I found it strange that many people were not aware of this public park and it's a little off the beaten path. It really is a beautiful park and our tax dollars are paying for it, so I thought I would actually do a video review of the park and the mountain bike trails, using my Kodak Zi6.

The Zi6 is very lightweight and easy to carry, even while riding a mountain bike. The Zi6 does not have image stabilization so if you move it around, it will show in the video. Most of the time that's ok. This is a video camera that is just a little over $100 so you can't expect that kind of feature when the Zi6 is so inexpensive.

I made the video that you can watch below, entirely using the Kodak Zi6. It was a fun video to make and I was able to feature the park and show it to a lot of people who may have never seen the park otherwise. There have been some added benefits also. The video and the article I wrote ranks very high in Google when you type in terms that relate to the park and mountain biking. You could really say that using the Kodak Zi6 is good for SEO on your web site. I receive a steady stream of traffic from this video.

You may never take your Zi6 on a mountain bike and you may never review local attractions. This camera is awesome when it comes to shooting video clips and sharing them on your computer or uploading to YouTube or other video hosting sites. Shoot video. Flip out USB port. Upload to YouTube. It can be seen across the world in 15 minutes. Do you understand how incredible that is?

Make sure you get a high capacity digital card. I use an 8 gig card in mine and I've never shot so much at one time that I ran out of memory on the card.
