Normally I’m not a big fan of energy drinks. I have tried several different brands, Rock Star, Pimp, Red Bull, Venom, Kronik Grind and No Fear, but all have the same common flaw; the CRASH. Each of these drinks is high in sugar and calories and contains large amounts of caffeine. They’re usually consumed very quickly and they do give you a good boost in energy level for a few hours, but then it wears off and it sucks the life out of you. Not really but if you have ever had a canned energy drink, then you know what I’m talking about.

Well recently I came across an energy mix that comes in a powder form that is low in calories and very low in sugar. It’s called ZizZazz and is by far the best energy drink I have ever tried. I have avoided all energy drinks since I became diabetic a couple years ago but this energy mix is much different than all the others.

First, it is very low in calories. Each stick of ZizZazz only has only 20 calories and just 1 gram of sugar. The product is loaded with vitamins A, E, C, B6, and B12 from fruit and vegetable juice. And the caffeine comes from several sources, like Green Tea extract, Ginseng, and Taurine. Second, it gives me the extra boost that I need in the middle of the day and there is NO CRASH.
