The process is repeated twice more for a total of one hour under the teeth lights. So, the process is similar, albeit a bit longer than that for Zoom! but the experience is different because of the spa environment. You're placed into your own whitening station with tv, music and headphones. You can find a spa and book an appointment online. Reportedly, your teeth get up to fourteen shades whiter with BriteSmile and the results "last for years". The advertised cost of the treatment is $400.

Rembrandt One-Hour

Rembrandt One-Hour is similar to both Zoom! and BriteSmile. It's a hydrogen peroxide based product that is applied to the teeth by a dentist using a gel and a special light. The main differences in this one as far as the others go are that it claims to make your teeth up to 10 shades whiter, results last for years but require regular touch-up appointments every few months and cost is determined by dentist so varies from $300 - $500.

In summary, each of these different one-hour teeth whitening programs is more or less the same. Sure, they say that they offer different shades of whitening but the reality is that there's no way to determine exactly what kind of results you're going to get from any of them. The main differences are in cost, location of dentists / spas and their proximity to you and the maintenance required for upkeep after the procedure us complete.
