There are news about Zune problems around the globe. Zune MP3 Players are getting frozen or it gets stuck while loading the screen. People are finding difficulties to reset or reboot the frozen Microsoft Zune PM3 Music Player.

Please note that most common problems related to the Zune MP3 Music Players can be solved by restarting the device. In order to restart Zune, follow these steps:

1. Set the Hold switch to the unlocked position. Make sure that the Hold switch is in the unlocked position. You may have to move the switch back and forth until the switch is in the correct position.

2. Press and hold the Back ( ← ) button while you press the top of the Zune pad.

3. Release the buttons when the Zune device begins to restart.
