CHRISTMAS STOCKING GIFT IDEAS UNDER $20.00!
77Seasons Greetings!
The holidays are right around the corner. Boy! did this year fly by! I was pondering on what can be done to cut costs on holiday spending as times right now for most of us is hard. You must know it is the thought that counts even though we know we may have some difficult people in our lives that don't believe in this. So how can you make a gift affordable but not look cheap is why I decided to come up with this hub page. I brain-stormed and came up with a few concepts in my photos to help inspire you to create gifts in Holiday stockings!
First, I always say presentation is key. You can get very creative with buying a plain Christmas stocking from a dollar store. I would suggest checking out the stationary section and see if they have gel glitter pens as well as sequins to personalize the stocking with your friends, bridesmaids, mom to be, bride to be, and/or co-worker names! This will help you when sorting the gifts by person as well as the receiver appreciating you putting that extra thought and effort into their gift! You can also stem away from the traditional red Christmas stocking and look for one that has a pattern, whether you want to go with a color theme or trendy design. Also take into account going with a non-traditional Christmas stocking might be better for those that have different religions. You can still give a holiday gift without it being stemmed on the Christmas holiday.
Next, I would really think about what the person likes. You can get very creative. I know alot of people get stuck on what to do. Just think if they have a favorite color, or maybe love all the seasons or one particular season, maybe they have favorite hobbies or love to go wining and dining. You can easily tye something together to put in a stocking. For example, in my concepts I put together a "Bride to Be" stocking. As you see the items have to do with getting married which is cute! All you need are a few small items around 4 or 5 and then add some candy to fill the stocking. You can also decide to fill the stocking with fake Christmas snow or fake pearls/beads instead of the traditional tissue paper. It all depends on the theme you are going for. If you go for a beauty stocking then you can also add nail polish which is a dollar. Small details are never to expensive. You can fill alot of small items in a stocking and really WOW a person. You can even add a colorful ornament and write the individuals name on it!
The costs should be twenty dollars or less for side gifts. This is truly a unique way to go about giving special people in your life just that without them feeling they need to give something in return. The items in my presentations are from my favor shop. I displayed only a few general items. We have over 300 items that will surely help you create something wonderful. Please check them out for yourself ~ http://bellamevents.theaspenshops.com/
