Health is Money and in our lives both Health and Money are important.I am interested in both and want both in abundance.I have been working in the pharmaceutical industry for the last 2 decades and for the last few years developed interests in online activities.

In this article I am writing about health.

You would wonder how is the health of this guy who is writing about health.

My age is 42 years and I can tell you that only once I had to take long leave due to my illness.I got jaundice and that was in 2005.That was a wakeup call for me and I started doing exercises.Although I was always particular about my health however my job requires me to tour a lot and hence I have to sacrifice food quality sometimes.I am also an avid book reader.More about it in my other articles.

I am giving you tips for good health.

Wake up at 5 am.I daily wake up at 5am and do exercise and yoga till 7am.I sleep at around 11pm.For maintaining a good health daily regular exercise is a must.In this fast world time is money hence take time from your sleep.I believe for adults about 6 hours sleep is sufficicent.Initially it is difficult since our mind can be our slave or master.First few days the mind will say why to get up at 5 am ,let me sleep today and getup tomorrow at 5am.Make a resolution and get out of the bed at 5am.Tell your mind about the 1000+ benefits you will get by waking up at 5am.Initially you can start doing mild exercise of your interests.My interest is yoga and have learnt yogas from baba Ramdeo.

Apart from exercise you can utilize this early morning time to do activities of your interests for which you do not find time like maybe jogging,morning walk,gardening,reading,listening to music,painting etc etc.

I can vouch that by getting up every day at 5am and doing things you like you will feel a terrific very good feeling which I cannot write in words.you need to experience it.

Drink warm water early in the morning and always drink water slowly and in a sitting position.If possible it is very good to drink warm water throughout the day.Avoid cold water.

I avoid cold water and because of the pranayam exercises I do ,I rarely suffer from cold and cough.Whenever I am traveling for work I ask for a room temperature mineral water and almost all the times the shopkeeper gives me a surprised look and some ask why you do not want cold water bottle.

Drink daily atleast 4 litres of water.

Avoid aerated cold drinks since they are carbonated and have acid in them which can be injurious for your health.I am sure that bollywood stars Aamir khan ,Shahrukh Khan and other health conscious models who advertise such stuff take them sometimes only and that to because it pays for them to drink.

Drink Aloevera and Awala juice daily in the morning and at night.You can take 2 tsps of awala juice mixed with 4tsps of aloevera juice in a warm half cup of water.This will improve your immunity tremendously and you can avoid minor ailments with this habit.

Eat vegetarian food since human beings by nature are herbivorous in nature.Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits.It is better to eat 4 small meals per day at an interval of 3-4 hours.

Avoid oily and junk food.(It is easier to say than to do)

Develop a positive mental attitude to overcome stress and tensions in day to day life.

Also I recommend silva meditation to relax.
