Breakfast is important
In our daily food habit breakfast is certainly unavoidable. Breakfast means itself that we are giving a break to our fasting,for about 12 hours by sleep in night time. Punctuality is important in our breakfast. Accurate timing for breakfast is 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM. When we loose our correct timing of breakfast we may feel a loss of involvement in taking food which will continue upto the dinner of the day. Less quantity of food as breakfast ensures our involvement and feeling of taste when we take food. Variety of foods as breakfast is also a bad habit which will make us to take more food and loose interest in our lunch and dinner. Less quantity of nutritious food is also recommended for an ideal breakfast. Drinking little water before taking breakfast is also a good habit. But drinking excess water after finishing breakfast is also should be avoided which may reduce our appetite in lunch. Oily snacks and sweets may deeply spoil the health of our breafast. Oily snacks and sweets are only suitable for evenings as to celebrate successful completion of breakfast and lunch.
Bed coffee or bed tea is enemy to breakfast. Taking bed coffee and tea is considerably decreasing the feeling of taste through out the day. But taking coffee or tea in evenings won't make serious effects as much as bed coffee or tea.
