acne-diet relation
58Acne Diet: is there any link between them?
Well try to ask any medical doctor about it and you will often be told that there is no link between acne and your diet. Quoting from the Journal of the American Medical association: "Diet plays no role in acne treatment in most patients…even large amounts of certain foods have not clinically exacerbated acne".
So why do dermatologists say that there is no such thing as Acne Diet and that there is no relation between what your diet is and the chance or degree of your acne?
Well the answer to that question is simple and simple. Profit plays a major role in almost every business if not all, and drug companies are no exception. They cannot tell you to change your diet to reduce or get rid of your acne. They just don’t want to inform you about acne diet or they will loose part of their huge profit, at least it will not be as selling drugs and over the counter products. Interesting to know that these same drug companies sponsor most medical schools, so your doctor will be although indirectly, a hostage by the trillion dollars drug companies.
In addition, the medications that we use and that are prescribed by our doctors will not really cure acne because they are pre-designed to deal with the external symptoms of a disease as they create more and more dependency and more dependency means making more money all at our expense and ignorance.
So is true that acne diet is a myth and that our diet and the way we eat does not affect the chances of getting acne problems?
Well the theory that diet does not cause acne believe that acne is just an incurable genetic disorder and was based upon only two dated researches published in 1969 and 1971 . So since acne cannot be prevented as the researches suggest, we can only deal with its symptoms through prescription drugs and over the counters.
Interestingly, after some years of clinical trials and researches about acne diet link. Researchers found that the studies from 1969 and 1971 came to the wrong conclusions. The new researches found that that there is a strong link between diet and acne.
Acne and diet closely related because what we eat is what makes our body grow and the food that we digest does infact play a role in the possibility of getting acne or cure it in some situations.
Acne diet and sugar. Well recent studies have shown that there is a connection between the consumption of sugar and the aggravation of acne. Right after you consume refined carbohydrates (white sugar, white flour, white rice), your blood sugar spikes up so your body secrets a surge of insulin to bring your sugar level down other male hormones and an insulin-like growth factor called IGF-1. The excretion of these hormones overwhelms your liver and your internal system in general. The excess of male hormones encourages the skin to excrete large amounts of sebum oil: The greasy substance that encourages the p.acne bacteria to grow, resulting in the aggravation of your acne.
There are many other examples about diet and acne connection .What I want to say here is that there is a strong connection between diet and acne formation, so you should try to eat the right food for you and familiarize yourself with Acne Diet.
