Affordable Change/Weight Loss Introduction
With proper weight loss, as discussed, detoxing the body and proper digestion is very important. During this time, absolutely NO dairy, red meat, or caffeine should be consumed. Once that has been completed, an effective weight loss system will begin and you will see the results you have been looking for.
When we hear the word "diet," it is automatically assumed weight loss is involved. Diet is not just about loosing weight. It is a way of living and it affects the health in many ways. As it is said, we are what we eat and what we put in our bodies can help or hinder.
So many don't see the results they want to see due to trying to skip steps, ignoring parts of the instructions, doing things their way and thinking, "a little cheating won't hurt."
This will take 2 weeks to change the way you think and feel about eating. We will then release more information weekly to provide the success for your weight loss and new lifestyle. Let us know how the detox is going for you daily after day 2 and we will let you know about the body changes that will take affect.
Beginning to Start Change Process
As you have decided to lose weight or begin to eat right, follow the next steps to getting started on the right track. Your first step would be to detox your body and this will be very simple. Detox is to flush, cleanse, and to remove toxins that stop us from releasing everyday poisons that enter the body by foods and bacteria.
So you must start by stop smoking, drinking, and eating things that poison our body and soul. This process has worked for me and others that I know by following the two week program. Week one you can lose 5-10LB Just by following the steps that I'm about to reveal to you.
DETOX 1-2-3
1. Drinking. Liquids must be at least 6 glasses of water a day or drink as needed (no ice). After you have finished at half of your daily water consumption you can have a glass of green tea, cranberry, apple, grapefruit juice a day. You can use colon cleansers to help you through the first week with a cap of vinegar with each meal.
2. Eating.You can eat every 4-5 hours (8-1-6) if possible a full course meal if your lifestyle allow you to do so.You must eat a salad with lettuce, onions, and tomatoes after at least two meal if the salad is not the whole meal. The Meats of choice would be Chicken, Turkey, and Beef as first choice not processed lunch meat, frozen foods, etc. The Vegetable of choice would be Greens, String beans, Broccoli, and Spinach. The Fruit of choice would be an Apple, Grapefruit, Acai berry, Strawberry, and Prunes.
3. Exercising.Exercise is just to change your metabolism we have to walk a 1/2 a mile once a day above what we already do at work, home, etc.This will control how we burn fat and how fast. I will follow-up with everyone in a week to see if anyone has any comments on additional weight loss or food substitutes. Everyone needs to comment from day one to report your weight ins if you have not already done so please get this done right away.
