56Kerosene an Alternative First Aid to Open Wounds or Cuts
That's right; kerosene is an effective alternative first aid to prevent blood from oozing or flowing out of open wound or cut. There is nothing to worry about the immediate treatment of kerosene only its continuing high price in the world market. My family and I have been using kerosene every time accidental wound, gash or deep cuts to epidermal structure of the human body comes unexpectedly. Although, the human body needed and absorbed vitamin K which acts as fat-soluble vitamin essential for blood clotting, preventing blood from flowing out of skin or flesh is quite not easy especially laceration or gash. Usually, lacerated wounds are applied with running water, betadine and gauze or surgical dressing to fully stop blood from coming out. This first aid procedure is the best treatment known worldwide. But unbeknownst to many, kerosene-used as cooking implement by majority of the poor-is actually the best alternative first aid in treating lacerated wounds. Once applied, it helps blood clotting and prevents further blood flow from coming out of gash or laceration. After which put gauze to the injured part and wrapped with bandage. If no gauze, you can use clean cotton cloth and carefully wrapped with any fabric available. Kerosene is also good for relieving muscle and joint pains if mixed with ginger and coconut oil. This first aid tip is risk free. Not only that, kerosene is effective in ridding out ants of their colony nestled inside abodes or household premises. But avoid making fire or else your precious house will set on fire. At any rate kerosene is definitely good as alternative first aid to injury.
