I don't need to describe the symptoms. If you have a yeast infection you already know what is happening down there. what you really need to do is get rid of it at the earliest opportunity. If you're reading this article then you are after a natural cure for your yeast infection, and hopefully this one will work for you as it has worked for others.

They key to this cure is yogurt. I know that sounds like an odd thing, but it works! I'm not talking about eating it, although most people will tell you that is also beneficial.

You will need a few things to start with. If you are lucky you'll already have them, but a trip to the supermarket may be required if not.

1. Yogurt - a small tub will suffice. There is a catch here: you need natural yogurt with all the good stuff in it, otherwise there's no point in this exercise. Make sure it is sugar-free. The last thing you need with a yeast infection is a yogurt which contains sugars. It will only make matters worse. What you are after is natural, plain yogurt with no additives.

2. Tampons - you don't need super tampons, just the regular ones will suffice.

Now that you've got the tools, lets get down to business.

The instructions:

Dip your tampon in the yogurt, make sure a little of the yogurt soaks in. Place this in your vagina, where the yeast infection is worse. Leave it there for about an hour and remove. Discard the tampon, and place the yogurt in the fridge. Make sure you mark the yogurt, because you don't want anyone eating it!

Repeat this exercise for three days. Usually, this will be all you need to get rid of the yeast infection.

As you can see, there are natural and low-cost solutions to many of our health problems. This is just one of them, and as you can see it's a pretty common sense cure. Just remember, it may not work for you. Not every natural cure will work for everyone, and you may need to try other solutions besides the one you've been given here. If you are at all nervous then I suggest you see your doctor for advice. What you have read here cannot substitute for medical advice.
