I just provoke that im dealing with the eratic leader in the workplace.

A leader of less awareness of how things behave.
Dealing with this kind of persons needs to heighten my patience.
Also my understanding of their nature…

I just realized that the more we pointing out terrible things toward the others, presumablly not realizing that those are actually a fragment of what qualities one possessed inside.
I just observe that being erratic leader is as grossly as the vomiting dog.
Barking its own shadow… Biting her own shit.

I perceived that openness is really the quality that a leader must possessed for without it the members are like planets without the Sun.
Though members has its own individual gravity but they need somebody to center among them.
It is not the leader’s business to be deciphered as right or wrong.
It is his nature to enhance & take everybody in accordance to guiding principle of awareness of how things behave.
Favorability & trying to figure out, as to who is right & who is wrong, is not in his accord.
Enhancement is his pendulum & not competition.
