Anger management is a skill you can and you need to learn. That's why it’s more common in children and young people,
because nobody taught them how to deal with anger and control it. Most of all, they are not even able to recognize these feelings as anger.
When they loose their temper, they don't realize they could harm other people or even themselves. Since they have not been taught how to know anger, thet don't know how professional could help them with anger management help neither.
It's up to us, as relatives,
pastor, doctor, school counselor, or a trusted friend, to help themdeal with this problem, even if it can be difficule for us too.
Anger can be a serious issue because of the consequences it can create, andanger management can be of great help to bring back calm and tranquillity into everyday life.

Anger can be of different types, according to the feeling feeding it as a source of power, and can be classified into categories. Recognizing the classification of anger will help you deal with anger issues and anger problems.
- Behavioral Anger: When a person experiences behavioral anger, he or she usually confronts the subject that angers them, which is usually another person. Its manifestations are verbal rudeness and physical harm.
- Chronic Anger: A person suffering from chronic anger does not always have a rational explanation of why he or she is angry all the time. The manifestations of this kind of anger are hate for the whole world, hate for themselves and for everybody else. In this case, generally people get angry at the slightest motivation.
- Constructive Anger: A person who deals with his anger by canalizing the anger into a constructive path such as self improvement is said to have constructive anger. This is a step forward in the resolution of anger problems and it is often a result of self help and anger management courses.
- Deliberate Anger: Some porple deliberately get angry, often as a measure to control subordinates. This type is usually called deliberate anger. It is gnerally a fake kind of anger, but could occasionally degenerate into other forms of anger for the effect of habits. Deliberate anger also leaves quickly, especially when directly confronted.
- Judgmental Anger: people suffering from this form of anger usually put other people down in front of gatherings, to try and make themselves look superior.
