I don’t know anything about you, but if you’re interested in looking younger, then you may just want to know about Athena 7 Minute Lift.



Here’s what happened to me and the Athena cream.

See I work with a lot of people in the stage and film industry, and what I started noticing was that I started to get prominent wrinkles as in crow’s feet beside my eyes, bags under the eyes as well as frown lines on my forehead.

I still felt young on the inside and it just wasn’t showing on the outside. And I wanted to do something to make myself look younger, even if it’s just a bit.

So I decided to jokingly talk about wrinkles to someone I worked with, and she said that she heard that Athena 7 Minute Lift was supposed to work and make you look years younger - in 7 minutes!

She hadn’t tried it herself, but she “heard” about it.

So I laughed it off, but when I got home that night, I looked it up, and saw that there were quite a few good reviews of it, and that some review sites gave it a big thumbs up.

So I plucked up the courage and ordered a trial of Athena.

It was less than the cost of lunch.

And besides I had already tried quite a few (actually loads of) major brands of anti aging creams that cost over $150 a jar (which was tiny and lasted less than a month), and none of which worked for me unfortunately.

Anyway, the package arrived in the mail a few days later, and I watched the DVD where a woman shows you how to apply Athena with a concealer brush, as well as a documentary (from a TV news story) about Athena, and how it compares to Botox and laser treatment.

What were the results? Here goes:

My crow’s feet (which were quite obvious by the way) just went away

My bags and circles under the eyes disappeared! (I have never ever before got them to go away, even with a shower, and cucumbers, and all that)

My frown lines on my forehead were 90% gone. OK, I would have almost said 100%, but there was just a faint amount of line there if I got really close up with a concave mirror).

I wanted to jump up and celebrate : )

The most amazing thing was the bags under the eyes and crow’s feet both gone in the 7 minutes, just like the name says. This made my face look so nice and younger looking.

And I looked younger alright, without those lines, and bags and everything else! And younger by years – it was obvious.

I was very impressed, and very excited at the same time.

It was the first thing that worked for me, and worked this well. I mean, I didn’t have to squint to see that I looked younger, it was just there to see.

Compared to the other so called anti aging creams I tried, this is the one that's made the biggest difference to my skin and how young I look, and why it's had so much attention lately.

So what’s my recommendation?

If you want to use something that works and want to look younger, then get the Athena and see it for yourself.

More About Athena

Here are my tips for trying out the Athena:

1.Try the Athena out on half your face, as this is the best way to tell how well the cream works. You'll be able to easily compare the before and after.

2. A little bit goes a long way, as the instructions say. I found this to be true, you just need a small amount with the concealer brush for total results.

3. When you use the Athena, keep watching for better and better results as the antioxidants help your skin repair over time. This is a great part about using the Athena.

How to have a makeover

You know what, my favorite way of having a "non extreme" makeover is to do this:

1. Get into great physical shape.

It's your face as well as your whole body that people notice, so start with the entire body first. My favorite is yoga, pilates and pump classes. When you do something you love (and 3-5 times a week too!) then you'll see results.

2. Do a diet cleanse.

I have used a healthy diet to detox the body. I have organic fruits and veggies and absolutely no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. When you eat this well and drink water, no caffiene (as it's dehydrating) then your skin will look better in no time.

3. Have a new hair style.

It's amazing, but a new haircut can make you look different and often younger too. After all, a good change here is good fun. And try different styles as well, even one that you haven't tried before.

4. Get a new shade of lipstick or lip gloss.

You will be surprised at how big a difference this can make as well. Brighter colors for a brighter image I say. But remember your skin color as the shade of lips have to compliment this.

Fashion and makeup tips

Here are my favorite tips for fashion and make up that makes a difference.

1. Highlight the eyes or the lips, but not both.

Why? It's because doing both looks "over done". Remember the 80s where blue eye shadow and red lips were in - it's too much! By doing just one or the other, you'll look suave and very attractive. By accentuating one, you can even go with intense or brightr colors without looking excessive. Try it out!

2. Wear darker colors such as black or dark blue if you have darker skin. if you have lighter skin, you can get away with either light or dark clothes.

Now if you have lighter skin, you can wear light colors to bring attention to your face, but beware that "too much" white or pale colors can make you look washed out and fading into the background. So balance it with some darker colors.The key is to see how you look when you try different combinations on.

3. Pay attention to your hairstyle.

Believe it or not, but your hairstyle can make a big difference to your image. When it's cut well and with great taste, then your hair will look superb for weeks after its cut. So it's great to ask around for a good hairstylist. If you go for something too "out there" for your taste then this may not suit your overall image. So look at the hair magazines carefully and collect 5 possible cuts to show your stylist!

My favortite super foods

When it comes to eating healthy,my favorite super foods are:

1. Blueberries

Why? They are full of antioxidants for the whole body. There are heaps of celebrities on the "blue" diet.

2. Spirulina

Why? Because they provide extra energy in a natural way. All green foods are good for you, These tiny green plants are no exception.

3. Fish

Why? Because they have omega 3 especially salmon. These oils help prevent dry skin and is good for general health too.

4. Apples

Why? According to Leslie Kenton, they are great for detoxing the body. Plus they are full fo fibre to help you feel full.

5. Sprouts

Why? Green vegetables are healthy andsprouts are full of nutrients. They are great for sandwiches and for salads, especially in summer.

So why not clean up your diet as well. You'll look and feel a whole heap better. The above foods are so easy to use in the diet, so give it a go!
