Everybody wants to lose weight and especially get rid of their love handles. But no matter how hard we try, we still sit with love handles. And what may the reason be for this? Myths. False "truths" about losing love handles and weight in the general. And it may be that we all are falling for these myths, and that's why we struggle with losing the love handles.

Myth 1: You have to do a lot of cardio to lose your love handles

Cardio is needed for weight loss, but too much of it may result in muscle mass loss. And if you want to lose your love handles, you need all the muscles you can get. This is because muscles help you burn fat and it increases your metabolism, so you even burn calories in your sleep!
