How to cut belly fat and love handles
If you want to lose your love handles and cut belly fat (and who wouldn't want to?), you might as well do the right exercises.
What I mean with the right exercises, is exercises that will give you maximum results in minimum time.
Those are the exercises that will give you exactly what you need to lose your love handles - fat burn.
Here are 3 of the best exercises to do just that and to lose your love handles:
1. Jumping rope
If you don't have access to a gym, then you should consider buying yourself a skipping (jumping) rope.
It gives a fantastic all over body cardio workout and you will blast away calories. If you really want to take your love handle workout up to the next level, you should look into buying a speed rope.
But whatever rope you choose, exercise for about 20 minutes 3 times a week using your rope to burn off the love handle fast.
2. Training with weights
Lots of people think that they have to avoid weight training, mostly because they think it will bulk them up or that it will hurt them.
But let me tell you, if you want to lose your love handles, weight training is the best thing to do.
If you decide to train with weights (and you should), remember to train your whole body and not to spot train.
3. Kick-box (or any other) aerobics
This is one of my favorite all over body exercises.
Kick boxing is not only good for burning calories and body fat, but it is also one of the best exercises to tone and strengthen your core area (your abs, lower back and hip flexors).
And a strong core area will ensure that your love handles start shrinking.
More advice
If you implement only one of these exercises into your weight loss routine, you are sure to lose your love handles with every little step that you take.
But if you combine them, you will increase your love handle weight loss potential even more so.
