Improper posture,inactive job, work at a computer for long hours are some of the common back pain causes nowadays. Many people who suffer from chronic low back gets relief by means of pain-killers. But these drugs are not able to cure the cause of pain and people often experience side effects from them. In order to correct spinal alignment, back pain should be cured. According to physical therapist some sports can help a great deal to readjust our spine axis and relax joint pains.
Proper Sports
- Swimming. It is one of the best physical activity to help someone suffering from back pains. It allows soft movements as we move almost in a state of weightlessness. This healthy activity plays two distinct roles: prevent and cure muscular back pain. Regular practicing this discipline will help to strengthen your back in a right alignment. But far better to practice back stroke than breaststroke.
- Walk. It is a very good physical activity as it helps in the functioning of all the articulations of the body. And if you indulge in other activities like baketball, volley-ball, handball, it will prove more effective for your body.
Before involving yourself in any healthy sport activity, you should follow some Rules: NEVER TRY TO OVERDO IT. Any sport 3 times a week is good. If you suffer from acute pain in your back while you are playing or doing sport, stop immediately! Consult a physic therapist and after some rest go back to your favorite activity but only if you are feeling better. You are going to feel much better and get free-pain, after 4 weeks of best training. But to correct your spinal alignment you have to follow on the activity and include it in your daily way of life.By having Proper diet and Exercise, one can always lead a healthy life.
