Baked Salmon Is Delicious and Easy To Prepare
75Baked Salmon
Baked salmon makes a very healthy and delicious meal. The fish is low in calories and carbohydrates and rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Because salmon is so flavorful you only need a few simple herbs, spices, or other basic ingredients to enhance the flavor, making this fish very easy to prepare. Baking salmon is quick and simple and can be prepared ahead of time.
There are two major ways you can bake salmon.
- You can bake the salmon in foil. To do this, cut a piece of aluminum foil and brush it with melted butter. Then place the salmon on the foil along with butter, wine, vegetables or herbs and seal the foil tightly to keep in the moisture and heat. The salmon will cook in its own juices along with the flavorings you have added.
- You can bake the salmon on a roasting tray or in a glass baking dish along with herbs, spices, butter, white wine or other flavorings to keep the salmon moist while it bakes.
