Spouses Rights. Do You Have Rights?????!!!!

Let me give you a question. What happens to a married couple when one is a citizen to the united states and one is an illegal immigrant? Let me tell you what happens. First off must of he people from around the world don't know what immigration is. Farther more don't even know what a visa is. People think that you just go to some country and work to make money for your family. But, don't realize that doing so they will have illegal troubles latter on. After some time goes by, working just getting by in life. They met some one, and get married. Almost all of the time, the person that they are going to marry knows about that they do not having a green card. As a matter of fact I have asked over 100 American people and they tell me "I have no idea what a green card really is about." I also asked over 200 illegal immigrants in America and over 200 Pakistanis, including 50 people from different countries and they tell me the same thing "What is a visa, do you need to get one?" After the married couple seek some kind of advice from a lawyer it is too late for the married couple. If you spend some time in the United States illegally you have to pay back taxes. Including lawyers fees and fines. The married couple will soon realize that they will have to fill out an I-130. An I-130 is a paper that the American spouse will fill out to the UNCIS(Immigration Services) to prove that he or she is married to the illegal spouse. After the I-130 is filled out, the married couple will have to wait 999 days just to get a interview. 666 days will pass, he married couple will have an interview with officer X that is what the officer is called. Then the couple will go to the UNCIS building for the interview. If the I-130 is passed if it does, a couple of thing will happen. One they pass it and they just let the couple leave and wait for the I-95 or I-895 interview to come in the mail, Two the UNCIS will put a device on the married illegal foot a stay at home monitor, or last the UNCIS will just deport the illegal back to his or her native land. Almost all of the time the UNCIS will either let them go or they will have to ware a home monitor. I do not know of any deportation on an I-130 case. After a few months goes by and thank good all of the back taxes are paid. That is right even though that the spouse is an illegal immigrate the spouse will have to pay all of his or her back taxes and tax fees. During this time the married couple will probably owe the immigration lawyer about over $10,000 dollars in lawyers fees and fines. The time come for when the I-95 or I-895 court hearing has come. The married couple will go to a court room filled with other illegal immigrants to see there out come will be. All of the immigrants in the court room will not be married to an American, you will see only one out of 50 people in the court room that is an American. Some times the judge will say " I will give you another court hearing." Sometimes it is good that you can get more of your paper together. Or the judge will give the illegal immigrant departure(the immigrant will go on his or her own) That means that in 4 months that the married illegal immigrant with have to go back to his or her own native land. And God only knows when the illegal immigrant can come back, here can be a 10 year bar on that persons head. In most cases the wife of an illegal immigrant suffers the most . The wife is also getting deported . What you say, I am an American, don't I have any rights?!! Will no not any at all. In courting to the Immigration Law and I quote " EVERY ONE GETS DIVORCE, YOU ARE OUT THE ONE WHO CAME WITH OUT A VISA." That is right even though your marriage is true and there is no planes for any divorce ever. It dose not count. The women are faced with going to another country and maybe get capture by terrorist, militants, or other organizations. "Will you ask, why can't the wives just say in the United States?" Most of the time the wives don't make that mush money in the house hold. The husbands are the one supporting the house hold . Also that you have to realize that you will be with out your husband for as mush as 10 years, and I know hat you will not live with out your love one for that long. "Are there any children you ask, and what are there rights?!!" That does not count , the children have no rights, yes they are citizens because the wife is also a citizen. But that is all. Yes the children will have to go with there mother over seas and face what ever is in store. " But if the wife and children are citizens why can't the husband become a citizen?!! Will welcome to America nothing makes any scents. The law states that if you come over with no visa you are going back. Let the wife and children suffer of staying here or going over seas. And because of the children and love of her husband, the wife will go with the husband over seas. " Will what about the terrorist, militants, and other organizations, what about the safety of the Americans?!! Will that does not count. The governments quote " It is not a big threat. There is no real danger." You have seen the news lately right? Now if it is the wife that is illegal immigrant the same thing. No matter what spouse the same fate happens. Think about is what would you do?? What about the government?? Do they really care about the safety of Americans?? Yes it is some what a fault of the married persons own, they should have gotten visas, the American should have known what was to come. But, what about your grand father or your great grand father? You know that they came over here illegally. Do you think my great grand father was going to pay two dollars for a ticket to American, hell no he was going to save it to buy food. Now you ask " how do you know all of this?!!" Will I am going though it my self. I did not even know what a visa or immigration was until I and my husband went to a lawyer. My husband did not even knew you had to get a visa. He just wanted to work. Now we have to pay the lawyer over $8,000 by the way we do not even have. We both paid back taxes that was over $3,000. And now his coming June Abid my husband will have to go back to Pakistan. And after his uncle was killed by a road side booming over two years ago, and just two mouths ago Abid's oldest brother was captured and escaped from the Taliban because he is a major in the Pakistan army, I am still being forced by the US government to leave my country, by the way I am a US Citizen. Because if my husband goes so do I, that is how mush I love him.

Is it fair for Americans to also be deported ?

What can we do as an nation to stop deporting Americans love ones?

How can we as the world raise awareness about sending information on how to become a citizen of another country?

What do you think?
