SAY i DO IN A BEACH WEDDING PODCAST
55If you can't take your entire family along on your destination beach wedding then you could always take your beach wedding to them.
Different people have different tastes, it's no different when it comes to weddings.Some may dream of a grandiose wedding day while others prefer to keep things simple.When it comes to beach or destination wedding there isn't much difference either,if you are fortunate enough to live close by the coast you can involve all the important people in your life, but if you're located in the middle of the country, then you will have much more to consider than just your dreams of a seaside matrimony.For instance you should ask yourself these questions;
- can you afford to get there and cover the cost of a wedding?
- can everyone afford to get there?
- Should you perhaps choose between the option of a private ceremony or go local and take everyone with you?
Option A: A private a destination wedding and honeymoon in one minus a large group of family and friends.
- If you opt for this option, then you could always use technology to bring the ceremony to the rest of the family.By pod casting the ceremony.
- You could also hold a family get together when you return to show the beach wedding video and photographs, this way you also won't loose out on any presents.
- Another perk to this alternative is that you could end up saving by combining the honeymoon and wedding destination into one.
Option B: Destination wedding with family included.
- If you are more family orientated as I am then, you may want to consider the financial implications of your dreams over family and friends circumstances;
- By sending out invitations as early as you can you can give everyone sufficient time to plan their budgets.
- I recommend choosing dates around school or summer holidays so family who would have to drive across the country could double the wedding trip as their vacation.
- Few great examples of family orientated destinations can be found in on the east coast,my personal favourite being South Carolina, Romantic, bursting with southern charm, yet fun and family orientated with plenty activities for young and old to enjoy.
F YOU ARE GOING ABROAD THEN DO TAKE THE FOLLOWING PRECAUTIONS:
Do my guests require visas, passports and other travel costs?
- Do you want a sunset or sunrise over then ocean?
- Does the location require a planning permit?
- Is there any health and safety procedures i need to take into account? You may need vaccinations depending on the country you will be going to.
- Which season will be be wed in? research the local weather conditions, you don't want to be caught in a monsoon.
- Do I need travel or beach wedding insurance?
- Will the marriage be considered legal, the nature of the ceremony will it be a civil or religious ceremony.
