There are two routes here
1. it comes to you2. you go to it
Elaboration #1
Examples of fame coming to you;-
A. if you won a major prize - like X million in the lotto
For this then all you have to do is buy lotto tickets for two weeks and if you have not won by then this route is not going to work for you.
B. if you saved someone in a dramatic fashion
Same methodology - all you have to do is drive around for two weeks and if you have not saved someone by then this route is not going to work for you.
Elaboration #2
A. Read all the papers and watch tv for a few days and find someone that really really needs to be assassinated. (no, no not a news reader please)
Spend a few days in the library reading How to Assassinate somebody for Dummies (more commonly known as How to Assassinate, Dummies). Wait a few days to be sure you picked correctly. Go to Walmart and buy a 30.06, plus a scope and don't forget the ammo. Take your 30.06, the scope, the ammo and head off into the woods with some pumpkins (they are cheap now after halloween, scary)
Pumpkins are perfect for practicing head shots, your research will tell you how far away to place the pumpkin... and well the 30.06 is only good for ...... yards (sorry censored).
(Tip: it is useful to paint on eyes, nose and mouth as a kind of reality check)
B. Date a famous singer or actor/actress who has just broken up with her/his girlfriend/boyfriend, there are loads of these so just pick one.
C. 'Invent' a secret chemical that will make cars do 150 miles per gallon, there is a risk here that someone on Plan A will see you on tv and assassinate you but still, fame is fame.

For example you could look up agents for child actors, search google for how to prepare your portfolio. It is very important that you ask a relative to help you with this.
