Here is a very delicious recipe that you'll want to use over and over again!

Ingredients :

5-8 Lb. Beef Brisket

1 tablespoon meat tenderizer

2 tablespoon liquid smoke

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon celery salt

1 teaspoon onion salt

2 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 C. brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Instruction :

The night before cooking sprinkle brisket with tenderizer, liquid smoke, salt, onion salt, pepper, celery salt & garlic salt. Binding with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. The next day add nutmeg, brown sugar, paprika and worcestershire sauce. Binding well with aluminum foil. Cook 5 hrs in 275° oven. Slice thin on the diagonal.
