The site is a reclaim service. Units that are in okay shape is recycled via "ink injections" and repackaged to sell again. WalMart has such units, 'labeled WalMart" -- the cost of a new vs. recycled cartridges averages around $5.75.
There service is good for community, club, organization, web publishers or anyone who has access to a good supply of units that are capable of being trashed. Income depends on the availability of empties.

Dont send them to any of the large manufacturers. They just throw them away. They want them so that they cant be recycled and they can sell you new ones. They dont make any money on the recycled ones. Look at all their published articles against remanufactured toners.
