Vitamins are an essential part of the human beings diet. Today we are blessed with the study and man hours that have been put into understanding the building blocks of our being. I will be getting into some of these wonderful vitamins and there uses so that anyone who will stop by this site can maybe get a better understanding of these mysterious creatures known as vitamins.

Vitamins have been a proven commodity in my book in providing folks with a little life extension and a better quality of life. Supplementing your diet with vitamins, and paying attention to the orac value of the food that you eat is very important to maintaining a high level quality of life.

There are to many vitamins to name them all one by one but a few that have made my all star team are as follows:

1.Vitmain b complex, very improtant in energy production and cell replication, indeed a good vitamin

2. CoQ-10, CoQ-10 has been vital in oxidation as well as energy production, CoQ-10 also helps facilitate cardiac function.

3. Resveratrol, this antioxidant commonly found in wine is a vital ingredient on helping ward off disease and other ailments, important indeed.

Obviously there are many more supplements that can and should make the list and we will be discussing them over the next few days. RIght now I think I hear Vitamins D & C calling there congressman to complain about not making the list.

I have found that it is impossible to get all the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and essentials you need everyday is impossible without taking supplements.
