"Wow that sounds like a Great Opportunity, but I think I'll pass".

It’s a natural fact that something you see worth buying or and attempting to do is suspect to not doing it without knowing all of the facts or figures. Why are people so hasty to say “NO” to a potentially lucrative venture that could change their lives and make millions? It’s a little thing called fear of failure. For most people if it’s related to buying something, it is normally the fear of losing large or even small amount of money.

I’ll be the first to tell to that the numbers are staggering of people who do not make it in the Multi-Level or Network Marketing Business. But it is no different than an Insurance Salesman or Real Estate agent. Ok, maybe the Real Estate Industry is a bad example right now. Think about when that industry was thriving!!! Guess what? Not every Real Estate Agent made it big than either, but we all know how much money you could make on just one BIG SALE. The Internet Marketing Industry is not suffering at all but, the dropout rate of eager online Business Owners and Multi-Level Marketing business is around about 95% to 97%. Mind you, that is over all in the industry not just in the first year.

So what are the top earners doing that you can’t do? Absolutely nothing!! The only difference is they have more money to do outsourcing, Pay Per click and high tech software to promote their business which was built using on their reputation. But most of us early on don’t have that type of budget. So how do you get started?

Well first off you need to set a goal that isn’t a few weeks to expect some results. Realistic, everyone is not blessed with the time or talent, even when they have all the tools in front of them. Give yourself a 5 to 6 year commitment. If you could work hard for 6 years to enjoy the next 30+ would you do it? I hope you said yes.

1. Do some research on the company you’d like to get involved in and always get the figures and facts vs. here say from someone else. Here are a few good books in my collection that I highly recommend: The MLM Binary Plan, Success in 10 Easy Steps – Secret MLM Strategies, and Be a Recruiting Superstar, The Fast Track To Network Marketing Millions. I can’t tell you how many times I have seen/heard someone talked out of a dream by someone else who is just as broke or broker than they are.

2. Check out some of the greats in the business. My number one Network Marketing all time favorite is Mike Dillard who is actually the God Father/Founder of Magnetic Sponsoring and Attraction Marketing.

3. Decide what type of MLM or Internet business system you’d like to do. I’ve written a pretty good article that should help on choosing the right Network Marketing business which you can view here. 4. Lastly, make a clear consequences decision that you WILL NOT FAIL. I have a saying that I use all of the time in my daily routine, “IF YOU BELIEVE IT, YOU CAN ACHIEVE IT. The normal pattern of a person normally goes like this. “Your Thoughts become your words, Your Words become your Actions, Your Actions become your Character, Your Character becomes your DESTINY!
