Yum Yum Cheesy Potatoes
This is by far one of the most fattening side dishes you can make but it is sure worth every single calorie! My disclaimer to you, if you are on a diet of any sort stay as far anyway from these things as possible. Once you have had one bite you will be coming back for more. I make this for every family gathering and it is guaranteed to be one of the first things to go! I hope if you make them, you enjoy them as much as I and my family does! I got this yum yum cheesy potatoes recipe from my best girlfriend years ago and God bless her for it. The world is a better and tastier place for it.
Prep Time:
10 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 tub of sour cream (you can use fat free)
1 large can of cream of chicken soup
1 large onion (chopped)
1 block of cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 stick of butter (softened)
1 dash of salt/pepper
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients above together in a large pan (13x9), Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes (until golden brown on top). (Optional) top with crumbled potato chips. Then give to the author to eat until she explodes!
