Peanut Butter Cup Betty Crocker Brownies

I love chocolate and peanut butter and I love Reeses peanut butter cups. So what I do is start with a basic Betty Crocker brownie mix. I prepare the brownie mix as it says to on the pan. Then I put half of the batter into a divided brownie pan - so all of the brownies will be the same size and I know exactly where one starts and the other stops. I then put a whole Reeses peanut butter cup in each one of the brownie sections. Then I top off with the rest of the brownie mix batter. I then bake according to instructions. These are truly ooey-gooey and wonderful.

Thin Mint and Junior Mint Betty Crocker Brownies

Yep, you guessed it. It's alot like making the Reeses Peanut Butter Cups that I described above. You can just put in one large Thin Mint. Or mix a lot of Junior Mints into the batter. If you use the second option, it really isn't necesary to use the divided brownie pan. Unless you like to have all your brownies have crusty and chewy edges.

Betty Crocker Brownies, Banana, and Ice Cream

This is my version of a banana split. Cut a brownie into layers. The put banana slices (long or short it doesn't matter) on top of the brownie and take a small ice cream scoop and put small scoops of strawberry, chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Top ice cream with your choice of sauce and smother in whipped cream. This is truly wonderful.
