I have been unable to access my account. They have the most screwed up authentication system. The people on the phone don't know how it works. They can only tell me to wait for letters. My next move is to transfer the stocks cert to my brokerage account.

I hate this system, Every time I call the fast paced information is deficult to follow.

Since the merger I have had increasing difficulty accessing my account. Now I am completely shut out from MY account and MY money. Either fix it by giving my access or directions to the login page or I must find a new bank
