six minutes to success

I was actually excited when I originally signed up for the program. Now that I am going through the steps, I feel disappointment. I am not saying what he teaches is incorrect or wrong, it is that I just heard the information before. Not only have I heard it before, there is really no new technique or idea’s. After listening to the first week, you ought to just go and buy the book Think and Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill. I just do not understand why you need someone to read it to you.
Here, I will give you everything the first 3 days.
- Write your goal on a card and carry it with you always. Read the card as often as possible.
- Decide exactly what you want or how much money you want.
- Decide what you are going to give up to achieve this goal.
Like I, said these are valid steps in achieving a goal, but why pay 30 some dollars a month to have someone tell it to you when you can buy the book used for under 10 dollars. You can do the same thing by setting your alarm clock 15 minutes earlier and reading the book. This would be a good habit to get into. If it takes you paying $30 month to follow through on your personal development than the course may be good for you. Here is the link if you want to join: Six Minutes To Success
The only other reason that I think would be a reason to join is if you are going to promote the Six Minutes to Success program itself. You get 10 dollars per month per person that joins through your affiliate link. If that interests you than this may be a program for you.
If you want a great morning routine that delivers results, try the hour of power created by Tony Robbins. This will actually make you feel different the first time you try it. I will write out the routine for you below when I have a little more time. I just did not want anyone to waste their money, especially when it may be hard times for some people.
As I promised in the hub above this is the hour of power. If follow consistently I guarantee change in your life.
This first thing that you do is actually get ready the night before. You are going to be doing some low intensity workout at first, so make sure that you have the appropriate clothing
When the alarm sounds you are going to get out of bed as quickly as you can. Do not let yourself even think for a second to go back to sleep.
Immediately get dressed and start walking.
You are going to use a breathing technique to awaken your body along with an acupressure technique. What you are going to do is breath in through the nose 4 times in a row for 1 full inhale. This should take about 2 seconds. Then you are going to exhale through the mouth 4 times 1 full exhale. Again this should take about 2 seconds.
In rhythm with your breathing you are going to tap your finger tips together. You are going to start with the thumb and your pointer finger. Then you are going to move down the line to middle finger, ring finger, and then pinky finger. Then you are going to start back with the pointer finger. You will be doing both hands at the same time. Remember to go in rhythm with your breathing. Do this for 2 to 5 minutes to get you in alert state.
For the next 2 to 5 minutes, while you are still walking, start thinking for all the things that you are grateful for. You may want to start with your family or your health. If you are not grateful for anything think of something that you would be grateful for if it was in your life. When you are grateful it is physically impossible to be worried, stressed, angry or any other emotion. When you are grateful you typically feel love, joy and happiness. When you are in a positive state you have more energy and operate at a higher frequency. You will get more done and attract more things and positive people.
Next spend the next 2 to 5 minutes thinking about what you want in your life, your specific goals. But when you think of them, see them as if you already have them. That it is already accomplished. It is proven that your subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between what is vividly imagined and what is real. And if you truly were in the grateful state that previous 5 minutes was meant to do you are neurologically linking having those items to pleasure. This means that you will naturally want to try to achieve these goals.
Start with future goals and move to the now. End up seeing positive results of what you want to accomplish today. See the project done, see the deal made, and see your family healthy, smiling and happy. Do not focus on the steps, just focus on the end result of what you want.
Spend another 2 to 5 minutes saying affirmations out loud. The more emotion that you place behind the affirmation the more effective it will be. You can use “All I need is in me now” or “Everyday in every way I am getting stronger and stronger.” You can always make up some more. You will be amazed how this changes your state. You will be juiced by the end of the 5 minutes. What Tony recommends is to exercise at this point for another 15 to 45 minutes repeating the affirmations.
Lastly, reward yourself for taking time to becoming mentally fit. Be proud of yourself and feel that you accomplished something special. Start the day out knowing that you did something to become more mentally and physically strong. Then think of all the good moments that happened in your life and stack them up on each other. Feel the energy in your body building. Keep letting the energy build until you cannot wait to start the day.
Like I said, if this becomes habit, you will see dramatic changes in your life. This routine is magical. I guess that is why some people call “Daily Magic.”
If this helps you may want to take a look at some of Tony Robbins other techniques.
