Established in 2001, New Outlook Home Care Corporation fills a void in home health care services. Providing professional and personal service specializing in eldercare, Ms. Pearly Evans, CEO and founder, created New Outlook with a holistic approach to home care. She believed that the fundamental ingredients of love and compassion were lacking in the contemporary business of boston eldercare. As a result, New Outlook clients receive not only prompt service and attention to detail, but also compassion and a personal touch—a combination of qualities that is the company’s trademark.

Working as a partner with the families, the caregivers make the golden years as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. New Outlook’s reputation for dedication, patience, and understanding sets it apart from similar health services, while its partnership-approach to eldercare reassures and assists the families. As Ms. Evans philosophizes, “When we take care of the elderly, we are in fact taking care of ourselves.”

Ms. Evans began caring for the elderly in her home country of Trinidad and Tobago. She was only twelve years old when she first started volunteering at the St. Vincent DePaul Home for the aged. Her love for the elderly and her desire to help them has only grown over the years. Therefore, Ms. Evans is extremely selective about the caregivers she hires. They are all subject to CORI checks and are carefully screened. In addition, the caregivers must share her passion and commitment. New Outlook is not about “business as usual” and each of the 35 employees is dedicated to Ms. Evan’s vision.
