Breast Exercises for Women

Breast is one big asset for women since they turn out to be real women when they reach the age of teen. However, maintaining its beauty is not easy because it’s the nature of human to lose their beauty as they become older. Even though we will lose our beauty as the time goes on, it doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t do anything. That’s why there are specific breast exercises for women. The main point here is not only about maintaining the beauty of breast but to maintain health which will result to nice body figure and good inner health too. Beauty breast is one of the effects of good lifestyle which consists of consistent exercise and eating healthy food. So, what are effective exercises for your breast?


First of all, you may want to try modified push ups. This exercise is the most effective to make your breast more elastic. While doing this exercise, there are several major muscles involved. Just look at your body in front of mirror. Try stretching your arms forward and backward. You will see clearly what muscles will involve in this exercise (to be clearer, you can do that in the bathroom).

However, it wills just give you a little picture. More different muscles will involve while you do the real push up. Some women said push up will only make your body more like a man. This is half true. You don’t need to do too much like training in the army. Try to do at least 10th time per round and 3 rounds per day. You can see the change as fast as one week after you do it consistently.

Types of Breast Exercises

The second one which considered the best is bench press. Bench press is not only for men but for women too. This exercise can produce negative result if you do it without following the right construction. So, you’re advised to have someone with you when doing this. Never do it alone. The effects of this exercise also can be seen on your arms. You will feel easier to breath and your arms will feel lighter if you keep doing it. You don’t need too much weight because you don’t want to build up your muscle like body builders. Unlike push up, you may feel sick on several spots on your arms after doing it.

The third one is V exercise. This exercise got a nickname of V because you use dumbbell to move your arms up and down on each right and left side of your body. If you don’t have one, you can substitute it with something heavy and your palm feels comfortable when grabbing it. Books can be a good substitute in this case.

Another thing that you can try beside 3 above:

  • Yoga exercises
  • Push up on the wall
  • Natural massage because it can improve blood circulation.

Breast Exercises Advice

Even though above exercises are recommended to maintain and improve the beauty of breast, it doesn’t mean that you should leave another heavy exercises like jogging, playing tennis, basketball and etc. You need variety in whatever you do and these include into your daily exercises. All of these breast exercises for women will only effective if you do it everyday consistently. Don’t expect anything fast and gaining positive result in such a short time. There are many factors involve into the effectiveness of these exercises. Be patient and consistent. If you keep doing it, you will see the result soon.
