Breast enlargement in this 21^st century is what I term as a global madness. While I want to state emphatically that I am not an expert on breast enlargement, breast uplift, plastic surgery issues…my take on this is to argue for and against this social culture of plastic surgery and breast enlargement.

It is no longer news that breast enlargement is on the increase in the feminine world. The act of breast enlargement in women is a “social acceptance norm”. But needless to say, is it right? Why would a woman in the first place consider breast enlargement and plastic surgery?

The 21^st century is a highly competitive century of market dominance, economic struggles e.t.c. but does the 21^st century challenges promulgate or corresponds to the increasing rise in breast enlargement initiatives?

Basically, women that indulge in breast enlargement and plastic surgery have a low self esteem, with thoughts of societal acceptance.

The question that then bothers on one’s mind includes:

1) Does your breast enlargement exercise result in an increased sphere of influence for you?

2) What about the health implication of undergoing a breast enlargement surgery

3) What is the motive behind you doing a breast enlargement surgery….could it be due to aging issues….I don’t know, but am trying to guess..

I do belief that having a slim body shape in all ramification with a modest breast size and shape is a great asset and blessing to such a woman. Just becase God blessed your peers and friends with big boobs does not mean that you should go and pump yours through plastic surgery. Your small sized breast is being placed.created there by God because God knows what fits you best.

I’d like to say, breast enlargement is a taboo, an act that should be discouraged.

On the other hand, some women engages in breast enlargement surgery just to entice men. My take here is “what for”.

As the wheel and breeze of globalization spreads from the west to Africa, African women are also enmeshed in this plastic surgery and breast enlargement developments.

Can you imagine….some women travels down to western hospitals and plastic surgeons in the US or UK for the sole purpose of breast enlargement and pumping of their breast. Na waooooo. Most of this African women, notably wife of politicians, money swindlers e.t.c flaunts their “new pumped boobs” at social gatherings…….what for…is it right?

I don’t seems to understand this breast enlargement surgery culture. I think it’s a global madness.
