The iTouch was Apple's response to users who wanted something similar to the iPhone but didn't want to jump to the AT&T network for cell phone service. Once installed, these applications can be used on the go, and in most cases, without being connected to a networking source. Applications range from the practical to the gaming side, and there are thousands to choose from via iTunes.
