The Buda Kyle Boot Camp in Central Austin has a great time and an excellent workout waiting for you. Four weeks of fitness training that allows you to firm up, shed pounds, and improve your health and self-confidence. The training begins early at 5:30 AM and lasts for one hour. This is Monday through Friday for four consecutive weeks. During this time, you'll experience motivation, inspiration, and encouragement. Training

When considering the cost of hiring a personal trainer, and then matching that against the cost of the boot camp, the boot camp is a hands down winner. Personal trainers can rate as high as $100 an hour. For 16 days at this camp it will run you $249. That's a bargain no matter how you slice it.
The exercise routines and schedules at Boot Camp are designed to firm up your butt and thighs. They will also be working on your stomach, raising your stamina, and increasing your strength. And the whole time you'll be losing weight by dropping fat, and putting muscle in it's place. Feeling better is only a short time away once you're a few days in.
You will need to bring some things of your own. You'll need an exercise mat, some good running shoes, towel, a set of hand weights (women 5-10 pounds, and men 8-12). You can find these at your local sporting goods store. They also offer different programs for those who may not be able to fit the regular scheduling into their own. So call and see if they have one that fits in with your schedule.
Put Your Back Into It!
The regular schedules aren't hard and fast. They offer other types of schedules so they can cater to everyone's needs. It's possible to get individual sessions if needed at around $17. And you can have your pick of the 16 or 20 day programs. The 16 is Monday through Friday, and the 20 is Monday through Thursday. Again, you can check with them and they will try to arrange for a schedule that meets your needs.
