Calcarea Carbonica is homeopathic remedy made from the middle layer of oyster shells, Mother of pearl.

Calcarea Carbonica can be taken whenever there is a lack of Calcium in the body (hypocalcemia)

Hypocalcemia is an electrolyte imbalance and is indicated by a low level of calcium in the blood.

Calcium is important for healthy bones and teeth, as well as for normal muscle and nerve function, healthy blood and function of the hearth and circulation. Normal blood calcium levels are maintained through the actions of parathyroid hormone (PTH), kidneys and intestines.

While calcium keeps our bones and teeth strong, those bones and teeth also store the calcium that the body needs – allowing the body to break down and rebuild bone when it needs that calcium for other body functions - what is the main reason of OSTEOPOROSIS (lack of Calcium is forcing body to use stored resources in bones).
