LG phones boast good sensitivity levels and the Cookie has a smart built-in-accelerometer which enables the phone to automatically alter its display quickly. It has a reasonably good range of connectivity options, and can operate in four frequency bands, giving it excellent reception range. the Cookie  which comes with a 3.2 megapixel camera is available with gold, brown, silver and black covers. Price in INR Rs. 12,980.

HTC Touch 3G

Style, Sensation and speed come together in the Touch 3G. A successor to the Viva, the Touch 3G features a 2.8 inch interface, with four times the resolution of most phones. It is designed to respond perfectly to touch with utmost precision. The HTC Touch 3G offers a wireless download speed up to 18 times faster than standard 3G. It runs on HSDPA, triband EDGE speeds and of course, 3G. Like Touch Viva, this one also runs on the WinMo 6.1 Pro OS. And it has the same Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR, GPS and a 3.2 megapixel camera. The Price of this item in INR is Rs.20,000.

Great review of a wide array of phones. To paraphrase a commercial: "These gadgets do so much, can they still be referred to as phones?"

They are smart phones.

Good job!

Some suggestions as to which type is enough for ordinary users, who just want clear hearing, volume control, durability and good photography(pxlcapacity)is enough .Nokia and LG mobiles are available with these qualities for just Rs.5,000/-

Dear hubber-2009, Thanks for reviewing different innovative models of cell phones. But, some of them are costing too much though they have many additional features.
