How to cancel your sirius radio account.....

You have to call 1-800-SIRIUIS

You can not cancel the account online

When you call, an automated voice will ask you for your account number or ten digit phone number. From there you will be directed to chose from several different categories, chose manage my account, then chose cancel.

You will then be put on hold, probably for a very long time!

Once you get to talk with a real person you will need to tell them you are calling to cancel the account.

They will ask you why... then they will offer you deals to try and keep you as a customer.

The best thing to do is repeat yourself...
