First, everyone have a happy healthy 4th of july. Spend it with family and friends, but don't forget to reflect on the true meaning of the day. It should be celebrated as the founders wished. Loud, boisterous, fireworks bonfires,celebrations etc. But don't hurt yourself in the process. It is also a great time to educate your kids as to the meaning of the day, because they're not learning that in public schools.  They're more interested in teaching them which of the founders had slaves and illegitimate kids.  Might be a good time to attend one of those tea party rallies if there is one nearby.  No better time to let the powers that be know of your disgust than during the independence day festivities.  The taxation issue was a big deal then as it is now.  Unfortunately this time around we have no outsiders to blame. It's also a good day to reflect on what kind of country we were once, and figure out how that all changed.  So, when you get some quiet time at the BBQ, do a little reflecting, it's good for you.  enjoy the weekend.  Be loud, be boisterous, make your feelings known.
