Coming from a family that doesn't have a lot of money I know it is hard to afford all the things kids want to do. I would find all your own stuff at home and let them make there own Valentines Day cards. Its fun, and kids love to make things and cheaper then going to the store and buying those pre made ones.

What is also nice about your kids making their own cards is the fact that each kid in there class will get to have their own special card and your kids get to express their feelings and artistic ability's.
