When Leaving Your Child to a Daycare Center

Once in a way you might have even thought of giving up your career and just sticking to raising your child, but unfortunately it may not be possible because of economic conditions. The decision to put your children in to a daycare center can be a tough decision to make. At daycare, you cannot observe your child's activity, and you might feel guilty for that. Your child may be susceptible to eat snack foods, too. Also, your family culture and principles will not be exposed to him. And worst, your child will find comfort and care from other people, and not from you.

On the other hand, there are several advantages to having your child in a daycare center. Good centers have a mix of activities that will teach different skills. Projects that lead to creativity, storytelling, dancing, and singing all help the child learn instead of just playing all day. Your child will develop his mental and physical health. And he will develop his social life at early age, which they wouldn't get to do as often if they were at home with a nanny. Finally, the centers are more stable and consistent than nannies because the center will watch your child even if a teacher is sick.
