1.The service center is in India,don't try to call them in the morning.The customer service is poor.

Www.citi.com is a fiancial firm,all their objective is earn as much money as they can.Sometimes they don't treat the customers well ,especially poorer people who were charged a lot of fees and need to sign a lot of papers.I'm doubt if they really understand the definite of "consumer".I don't like the firm sometimes for their poor customer service
